If you already have the Look Great Naked At Any Age
system, you know it’s constructed so that no warm up is
necessary before starting right into the workout.

But lately I’ve been enjoying a short, efficient pre-workout
warm-up, to get my mind and body in tune and give me a
little wake-up call, both mentally and physiclly.

It’s divided into two parts. In this video, I’ll show you part
one, which is a nice series of gentle stretches combined with
slow, deep breathing.

It’s a great way to focus your mind and body and set
yourself up for the more strenuous efforts that follow.

I’ll post part two in a few days, so stay tuned.

As always, your comments are welcome here on the blog. Let
me know what you think.

Make it a great day.

To build strong, great looking shoulders, there’s nothing
like handstand push-ups. But most people won’t be able to
do them at all, at first.

In the LGNAAA system, I teach you an easy progression to
get you there, even if you can’t do a regular push-up on the
ground when you first start out.

In this video, I’ll give you another tip to help get you there.
As your strength increases with this exercise, move your
feet closer to your hands, to shift more weight onto your
arms and increase the intensity of the work your shoulders
are doing.

And by the way ladies, I think most men will agree, nice
shoulders on a woman are very attractive. And the bonus is,
for both men and women, they make your waist look
smaller too.

Make it a great day.
